"I can't say enough good things about Chris and his staff. They provided the food for the celebration of my son and daughter-in-law's marriage. The couple wanted a relaxed yet elegant vibe and chose an afternoon tea dance at the Commander's Mansion in Watertown. Chris understood and executed their vision to perfection. There were warm savory pastries, classic tea sandwiches, scones, quiches, salads, sweets and lemony shortbread tea cookies we are still dreaming about. The presentation was beautiful, and Chris even brought his own collection of cookbooks to add to the literature-themed decorations. The couple wanted Georgetown Cupcakes instead of a traditional wedding cake, and while the rest of us were dancing, Chris and company created this beautiful display using the bride's cake plate collection. It was a lovely and memorable day, and I am still hearing from my friends how much they enjoyed the food."
